These are rules set out to govern and regulate contractual relationship between the providers of a service and its users. The main objective for setting terms and conditions is to record the agreement under which a certain service will be provided and the consequences upon breaching those terms and conditions.

Mawazo is an application developed solely with the purpose of creating a platform that users can anonymously share their experiences in life and get council from fellow users. This was necessitated by the increase in mental health issues, as most people lack the confidence to share what they are going through which eventually lead to depression and mental illness.Mawazo provides a platform for people to get help without fear of exposure as it is anonymous.

These terms and conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you whether personal or on behalf of an entity. Concerning your access to and use of the mawazo app You agree that by accessing the app you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions use. If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, then you are expressily prohibited from using the app and you must discontinue use immediately.

The app is intended for users who are atleast 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for the app. We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediuatelly without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitations if you breach the terms

Mawazo is responsible for the security and protection of all its users’ data and will not share nor use any personal information without the owners’ authorization. A user is solely responsible for all his/her postings on mawazo app. Mawazo will reserve the right to edit and remove content from a users’ account if they deem it as infringing other users content. Any user interested in using Mawazo must read and comply with the set out terms and conditions without fail
